Security Information
- – Pump A4VSO is designed to operate in open circuit.
- – System design, installation and commissioning need to be performed by trained technicians and dealers.
- – All hydraulic ports should only be used to tighten hydraulic service lines.
- – Tightening torque:
- · All tightening torques listed here are maximum values and should not be exceeded (maximum values for female threads in castings). For the maximum permissible tightening torque of the accessories used, please follow the information provided by the manufacturer.
- · For tightening screws according to DIN13, it is recommended in each to check the permissible tightening torque according to VDI2230 (published in 2003).
- – During or shortly after the pump is running, the housing and especially the coils can be particularly hot. Please take appropriate safety measures (eg wear protective clothing).
- – All data and information provided with the product must be followed.

Installation Precautions
- The installation loion is optional. During commissioning, the pump housing must be filled with oil and must be filled during operation.
- To reduce operating noise levels, all connecting lines (suction, pressure and tank drain lines) must be separated from the tank using flexible elements.
- The use of check valves in the drain line must be avoided.
- The tank drain line must be routed directly back to the tank with no change in line size. There may be abnormal situations, please consult us in time.
- Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
